The Right Motorcycle for You

Everybody is different when it comes to motorcycles, so check out these styles below to match your personality, needs, and technique on the road.

Scooter

Okay, so you might not think a scooter is a fully-fledged motorcycle, but don’t be so quick to judge. And if you are looking for more of an about town ride, this may be the one for you. It’s great on gas, compact enough for small spaces (not to mention parking), and even has some seat storage. And it’s adorable.

Vintage

For the lady with the classic style and retro silhouette, a vintage bike could be the way to go. Not only will you look and feel cool, but you get an excuse to wear vintage riding gear. Drawbacks include a slower riding speed and fewer available places for maintenance.

Dirt Bike

Are you a gal with a passion for adrenaline? Dirt bikes are a specialty bike meant for off-roading so you can be the free, albeit dirty, spirit you want to be. They’re low on price, super fun, and you’ll get what you want out of it.

Dresser

Looking to go on a long trip but aren’t a fan of RVs? Dressers – also known as touring bikes – are great for solo travellers. These babies are expensive for good reason, they have good durability, can carry heavy weights, and have a good speed.

Chopper

Be the difference in lady bikers – if you want loud, unapologetic, and mould-breaking, a chopper is it. The great thing about choppers is that every one is different and you can personalise it to your taste. Tear up the tarmac on the open roads and feel free as a bird on this bad boy. Drawbacks may include price, accessibility on smaller roads, and complaints from neighbours.
